    • Keep all windows and doors tightly shut during the cleaning process.
    • Ensure an active, accessible outdoor water source is available unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Keep pets and children safely indoors for the duration of the service.

4. Payments and Billing
    • Payment Due: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the services unless commercial billing terms have been arranged in advance.
    • Pricing Factors: Prices vary depending on property size, surface material, accessibility, and the level of organic buildup.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your exterior cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of project completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address and correct the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians are fully trained and insured, Five Star Power Washing Services is not responsible for damages resulting from:
    • Pre-existing structural defects, improperly sealed windows/doors, or loose siding and stucco.
    • Normal wear and tear on fragile, aging, or degrading building materials (such as weathered wood or brittle roof tiles).
    • Water intrusion due to compromised structural seals.
